Quick start
Get your team up and running with FlowSync in under 5 minutes. This guide walks you through creating your first workspace, adding a project, and inviting teammates.
1. Create your workspace
After signing up, you'll be prompted to create a workspace. This is your team's home in FlowSync. Choose a name that reflects your company or team.

2. Create a project
Projects are where your tasks live. Click New Project in the sidebar and give it a name. You can create as many projects as you need.
Popular project structures:
- One project per product or team
- One project per quarter/OKR cycle
- One project per client (for agencies)
3. Add your first task
Click the + Add task button anywhere in your project. Give it a title, assign it to a teammate, set a due date, and add a priority.
4. Invite your team
Go to Settings ? Members and invite teammates by email. They'll receive an invite link and can join instantly.
Guest access lets you invite external collaborators to specific projects without giving them full workspace access.
5. Connect your tools
FlowSync integrates with Slack, GitHub, Jira, Notion, and 100+ other tools. Go to Settings ? Integrations to set up your first connection.
